Artwork

The customer sends us the artwork in their chosen format.

We can work from all the usual artwork programmes including Illustrator, Freehand and Quark.

We can also work from PDFs and even samples of previously supplied materials!

Origination

Once our artwork studio has stepped and repeated the artwork, we will send you a file for approval.

On receipt of approval, we produce a Gravure Cylinder or a Flexographic plate to the agreed specification.

From the approval date we will deliver to you within 10 working days!

Print production

This takes place in our ISO9001 PS9000 certified, purpose-built facility.

Once the material is printed the reels are then slit down and labelled with a traceable batch number.

We will produce and pack the reels according to your unique specification.

Final Product

We quality check the finished product before packaging it securely and despatching it from our facility.

An approved courier will deliver the goods to you on the next working day.

End User

You will receive the finished goods 10 days after your approval.

We produce a wide variety of reel-fed flexible packaging which has many end uses but we always aim for a 10 day turnaround with all stock items.
